Message	beyond what you might expect for a "typical" 2+2 in your's condition. Being under no pressure to sell puts you in the, ahem, driver's seat re the sale. Holding off on a TT might be a good idea given their cost/mods/upkeep. If you can stand being less a Z for a couple (?) of years, get a decent, reliable DD and bank the balance 'til you have an income stream to support a (no doubt) pricey TT project. Or, don't sell!!!!
